What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer standard and express shipping. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery arrives within 1-2 business days. Shipping is complimentary for all orders over $200.
How can I return an item and what is the policy?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached. You can initiate a return through our online portal to receive a prepaid shipping label.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Maje accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support digital payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna.
How do I find the right size for me?
Since our collections feature a Parisian fit, we recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders almost immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. However, you can return the items for a full refund once they arrive.
Are your products authentic and covered by a warranty?
All items sold on our official website are 100% authentic Maje creations. We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for up to one year from the date of purchase.
